San Francisco to Honolulu for $298 round-trip

Less than $300 for a round-trip flight to Hawaii is a steal. We found this flight on Sun Country Airlines, which is a low-cost carrier that charges up to $30 per carry-on overhead bag. Still, even with the extra baggage charges, the flight would come out to less than $400. Prices generally run $450 or more for round-trip flights.

You’ll have to be ready to take some vacation days quick, because these low fares are only available on certain days during August.

San Francisco to Kahului for $318 round-trip

The island of Maui is popular with travelers because it has more of a vacation-town feel than much of Oahu. Fly nonstop there on the excellent Hawaiian Airlines or Alaska Airlines, starting at $318 round-trip for Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday flights. United Airlines is also matching the price.
